A: It’s going to look close to what we’ve been sharing—up to now, everything’s been prototypes from different development stages, with some subtle differences still possible. The camouflage pattern isn’t just for looks; it helps reduce weight, increase grip, decreases glare, and increases surface area to shed heat faster. The nose geometry is driven by how we vent gas to reduce flash and backpressure, shaping the final form around performance. As soon as we’re at design lock, we’ll share the final version with you. But we are close, so very close!
This policy pertains to silencers only.
We provide a conditional lifetime warranty on all of our suppressors against manufacturing defects or breakage associated with the intended normal use of the product. At the company’s sole discretion, we will replace or repair our products as previously stated. Modified, abused, or misused products that require replacement or repair may also be repaired by IDG at the customer’s expense.
IDG does not assume any other additional express or implied warranties. The warranty policy does not apply, as stated, to modified, abused, neglected, or misused products outside the scope of their intended use. IDG does not warrant or accept damages associated with operator error, host weapons, ammunition, or any other cause or event not specifically stated herein. Any or all of the stated non-covered circumstances can cause death or injury to the user or another third party. IDG neither expressly nor impliedly accepts any such liabilities.

NOTICE: DO NOT SHIP THE SUPPRESSOR FOR REPAIR WITHOUT FIRST COMPLETING THE FORM AND RECEIVING A CONFIRMED RMA NUMBER. DO NOT SHIP IN ANY EVENT WITHOUT A COPY OF THE APPROVED BATF FORM.
When you ship the suppressor back to the manufacturer, please include a printed copy of the completed RMA form. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service Department at help@irregulardesigngroup.com
If for any reason your suppressor is not eligible for repair or replacement, you may purchase a replacement suppressor for 50% off the MSRP for the same or similar suppressor. Please contact customer service for further details and requirements.
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). NOTICE: THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NFA ITEMS. DO NOT SHIP NFA ITEMS TO IDG WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE RMA WARRANTY PROCESS. NFA ITEMS ARE CONTROLLED SERIALIZED ITEMS AND CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED WITH ATF APPROVAL - SEE "SILENCER WARRANTY POLICY"
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of IDG receiving your returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact returns@irregulardesigngroup.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
The FFL & SOT must be verified (copies submitted & confirmed) and the ATF Form 3 transfer approved before shipping can be initiated. This process typically takes between 2 days and 2 weeks. See more details on suppressor fulfillment timelines on the NFA Guide.
Non-NFA Orders: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Irregular Design Group LLC (“Irregular Design Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that governs your use of the Irregular Design Group website (located at https://www.irregulardesigngroup.com) and any related services or products operated, sold, or otherwise provided by us, including suppressors, suppressor accessories, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY, AND WAIVER OF A RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. Any new or additional features, tools, services, products, or content added to the Services will also be subject to these Terms.
The Services are available only to users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law and who comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including the National Firearms Act (NFA). By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, a legal resident of the United States, and legally permitted to own suppressors and firearms under applicable law. If you are under 21 or otherwise ineligible to purchase suppressors, please do not use the Services or attempt to purchase regulated items.
Access to and use of certain functionalities of the Services may require you to register for a user account (“Account”) with us. If you decide to register an Account, you will create a user ID and password to access your Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself during Account registration and at all other times, and to update such information if it changes before making any purchase related to the Services. You agree to keep your login information confidential and not authorize any third party to use your Account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your Account, with or without your knowledge. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your information and for any use of the Services via your Account, and we may attribute all Account activity to you. Notify us immediately at the contact information provided in Section 19 if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. You may not sell or transfer your Account. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your registration at our sole discretion.
You may order suppressors, suppressor accessories, and related products via the Services. All sales of suppressors and regulated items are subject to federal and state laws, including ATF approval processes, and are final upon initiation of the NFA transfer process, subject to our Return Policy and Cancel Order Policy. Returns or cancellations may be refused at our discretion, particularly for regulated items. Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”) provides Irregular Design Group with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services. We may also utilize third-party fulfillment providers (e.g., Industry Threadworks) for order processing and customer service. Payment processing is handled by third-party service providers such as Stripe Inc., Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Inc., and others (collectively with Shopify, the “Third-Party Payment Services Providers”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these providers’ terms of use and authorize us and them to share information and payment instructions necessary to complete transactions, including personal, financial, and credit card details.
Suppressors and NFA-regulated items are shipped only to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) or Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) for transfer, not directly to you. Availability is limited, and we do not guarantee stock replenishment. Orders are fulfilled in the order received, and if a product sells out before your order is processed, we will refund the fees paid for the unavailable item. Ensure accurate shipping and billing addresses for timely processing. We will provide tracking confirmation upon dispatch. All shipments are insured, and you assume responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier. Taxes, duties, and NFA tax stamp fees for regulated items are your responsibility.
All information, materials, and digital content available through the Services (collectively, the “Content”) are for personal use related to suppressor ownership and enjoyment only and may not be used for commercial purposes without our consent. The Content is the sole property of Irregular Design Group or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services and Content for personal purposes related to suppressors and accessories. Except as stated, you may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, modify, publicly perform, display, transfer, create derivative works of, or sublicense the Services or Content.
The Services and Content are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the Services and Content belong to us or our licensors. All rights are reserved. The Services and Content may include licensed materials, and our licensors may enforce their rights if these Terms are violated. All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and proprietary designations of Irregular Design Group are our property or that of our suppliers. You may not use our trademarks or trade dress in connection with any product or service not provided by us, in a manner likely to cause confusion, or that disparages us or our suppliers.
You may post or submit content via your Account (“User Contributions”). You are solely responsible for your User Contributions, including their legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness. We are not liable for the content or accuracy of User Contributions. By posting User Contributions publicly, you grant Irregular Design Group an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such content. We may review, edit, or delete postings at our discretion, without notice, if they violate these Terms or are objectionable. You have no recourse against us for such actions.
User Contributions must comply with all applicable laws and not:
- Contain unsolicited advertisements, spam, or commercial solicitations without our consent;
- Include harmful, obscene, violent, abusive, or hateful material;
- Harass, degrade, or intimidate individuals or groups;
- Contain defamatory, false, or libelous content;
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Promote illegal activities; or
- Interfere with the Services or others’ equipment.
We may investigate violations and take legal action, including terminating Accounts.
By submitting ideas, feedback, or suggestions (“Feedback”) to us, you agree that: (i) your Feedback is not confidential; (ii) we may use, reproduce, and distribute it freely; and (iii) you are not entitled to compensation.
The Services may link to external websites or services (“Linked Services”). We are not responsible for Linked Services or their content. Links are provided for convenience, and you access them at your own risk.
Refer to our Privacy Notice for details on how we collect, use, and store your information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your personal information and consent to its use as described.
You may refer others to the Services, but only with their permission. Their personal information is subject to our Privacy Notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IRREGULAR DESIGN GROUP DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE RELIABILITY, QUALITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES OR CONTENT. THE CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL OR TECHNICAL ADVICE REGARDING SUPPRESSOR USE OR OWNERSHIP. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THESE EXCLUSIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRREGULAR DESIGN GROUP AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (I) PERSONAL INJURY OR LOSS OF LIFE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF SUPPRESSORS OR SERVICES; OR (II) CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY (EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW FOR PERSONAL INJURY) WILL NOT EXCEED $5.00. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Irregular Design Group, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, and costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Virginia law, USA. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in or nearest to Chesapeake, Virginia, with both parties waiving the right to a jury trial. Contact us per Section 19 to attempt resolution before litigation.
We may modify these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after modification requires acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Services’ integrity. Certain provisions survive termination.
The Services are U.S.-based. If accessed internationally, your information may be processed in the U.S., and you are responsible for local compliance. We make no representation about availability outside the U.S.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain effective. We may assign these Terms; you may not. Our failure to enforce a breach does not waive future enforcement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Irregular Design Group.
