THE HESYCHIA SIXK

The Greek term hesychia (ἡσυχία, Greek pronunciation:
[isiˈçia]) is a concept that can be translated as “stillness, rest, quiet, SILENCE.”

The Multi-Stage Hybrid Core elevates suppressor performance by expertly balancing reduced backpressure with exceptional sound and flash suppression, all while maintaining precise gas flow control.

Four distinct gas pathways work together to channel peak pressure into mutually destructive zones, prolonging offgassing and boosting internal turbulence for maximum efficiency. Each passage has been carefully engineered to minimize excess carbon buildup, keeping the system cleaner for longer.

Every baffle is uniquely designed to optimize gas displacement between neighboring baffles. This method eliminates resonant harmonics, forcing gas to rapidly expand and contract, shedding energy and velocity over a short distance.

The HESYCHIA Hybrid Flash Hider goes beyond a typical muzzle device—it’s a Quick Detach (QD) system, crafted from additively manufactured Inconel 718, engineered to enhance Hesychia silencers while shining as a standalone piece. Matching the material of the flash hider and suppressor delivers a standout advantage: a consistent coefficient of thermal expansion. This harmony ensures both parts expand and contract in sync under heat and stress, sharply cutting down on thermal binding or early wear.

At the heart of the design is optimized gas distribution, whether it’s teamed with a suppressor or running solo, offering a versatile, high-performance solution.

Hesion Bow Locking System: Integral, Redundant, Secure

The Hesion Bow (Patent Pending) is a revolutionary dual-locking mechanism that sets the HESYCHIA SIX series apart, delivering unmatched security and durability without complexity.

Flexure pawls are printed within the suppressor body under protective hoods to provide SIX bi-directional indexing arms that engage within 32 grooves around the outer edge of the muzzle device. This is the only secondary locking system that is integral to the suppressor itself, adding only .5 oz. to the entire system.
Optimized Taper Design: With a 15-degree taper over 0.25" of length, just 15 ft./lbs. of torque generates over 1,700 lbs. of sealing force. This ensures gas management and concentric alignment under the intense pressures of a gunshot.
American Buttress Thread (Patent Pending): The 1 1/8” - 8 left-hand American Buttress Thread maximizes thread engagement and torque conversion—think 120mm tank barrels and heavy industrial machinery. Its shallow mating face outperforms other ACME threads, thriving under heat and shock. This requires less than 2.5 rotations to achieve full taper lock which falls well within a quick detach system definition.
While the 15-degree taper and American Buttress Thread as a stand alone Quick Detach (QD) locking system are enough on their own, the Hesion Bow system provides redundant and extremely light weight peace of mind that your silencer is secured.
