Built to Run Full Auto in 7.62, In a HUB Format
HUB Format
The 7SIX2-H is the HUB version of the 7SIX2. It keeps the same core gas management and thermal design logic in a cross-compatible format, for shooters who need a 1.375-24 TPI HUB interface instead of the native Hesion Bow lock.
That flexibility comes with a known packaging tradeoff. In the native 7SIX2, the volume around and between the Hesion Bow locking features can be used for additional gas pockets and disruption geometry. In a HUB suppressor, a larger threaded region at the rear consumes space that cannot be used the same way. The 7SIX2-H still carries the same full-auto duty rating as the native can, but its internal volume and leverage differ slightly because of that packaging change.
This is still a suppressor built to run 80 rounds of 7.62x51 in 30 seconds and cool back to 140°F, ready to do it again. It just does that job on whatever HUB-format rifle-side hardware you already run.

Gas Management
Manage pressure early. The muzzle device does the rest.
Because the 7SIX2-H is a HUB suppressor, the muzzle device installed inside it has a real effect on overall performance. Muzzle brake or compensator style devices typically deliver better suppressed performance, while open-tine or caged flash hiders tend to have a slightly negative effect on suppressed performance and can accelerate wear on the internal structure over time. A brake diverts a large share of the initial uncorking pressure into the blast chamber walls rather than letting that first pressure event hit the blast baffle face directly.
The 7SIX2-H carries the same low-backpressure gas management philosophy as the native 7SIX2, applied inside a HUB envelope. It is still built around moving pressure off the muzzle early rather than trapping it and hoping the host tolerates it, but some of the native system's packaging efficiency is traded for HUB compatibility and muzzle device flexibility.
Monolithic Inconel 718 Construction
Designed for heat first. Inconel 718 is what makes sustained 7.62 full auto survivable.
Laser Powder Bed Fusion allows the internal geometry to be built around gas and heat behavior instead of being constrained by drill paths, lathe access, or stacked components. Early annular intakes, shielded ports, and heavy internal filleting are only possible because the body is printed as a single piece, with critical interfaces machined afterward.
Inconel 718 is the material choice specifically because of what the 7SIX2-H is rated to do: 80 rounds of 7.62x51 in 30 seconds, run repeatedly as the suppressor cools back to 140°F between strings. It holds its shape, resists erosion, and survives thermal cycling that would deform a lighter or cheaper alloy, regardless of which mount is bolted to the back of it.

Muzzle Device Logic
Micro HFH
Use the Micro HFH when the rifle spends meaningful time both suppressed and unsuppressed. On the 7SIX2-H, you will need the Hesion Bow HUB Adapter to run it, since the device itself is a Hesion Bow mount and the 7SIX2-H is a HUB-threaded suppressor.
Micro FE
Use the Micro FE when the host is realistically going to live suppressed. It sits close to the blast baffle and is part of the suppressor's first-stage gas control. To run the Micro FE on the 7SIX2-H, you must also use the Hesion Bow HUB Adapter, because the Micro FE is a Hesion Bow muzzle device.
The Micro HFH and Micro FE do different jobs. The HFH is the better all-around answer when the rifle has to perform both suppressed and unsuppressed. The FE makes the most sense when the host is essentially suppressor-dedicated. Either way, native Hesion Bow muzzle devices run on the 7SIX2-H through the Hesion Bow HUB Adapter, not by direct thread.
Design Envelope
The 7SIX2-H is full auto rated for 12.5" barrels and above. That minimum was set specifically around high-pressure, supersonic 30 caliber rifle cartridges, not subsonic loads. Going shorter increases blast baffle erosion and raises projectile stability risk.
The design target was not simply to add a HUB thread to the 7SIX2. The design target was to keep as much of the 7SIX2's full-auto duty rating and gas behavior as possible in a cross-compatible format, while acknowledging the volume and geometry tradeoffs that come with a HUB mount.

03 // Maintenance
Keep It Running
The 7SIX2-H is a sealed monolithic unit. There are no user-serviceable internal components and no baffles to remove individually. Maintenance is straightforward. Start with correct setup logic, a clean interface, proper alignment, and realistic expectations around thermal cycling under full auto.
Mounting Basics
Install to whatever specification your muzzle device or HUB mount manufacturer dictates. If you are running native Hesion Bow muzzle devices through the Hesion Bow HUB Adapter, reference the adapter's install guidance and our IDG FAQ. Threadlocker on the HUB adapter to the suppressor is highly encouraged.
Break-In and Validation
Always use an alignment rod before shooting for the first time. After mounting, do a short validation firing sequence and inspect for stable mounting, normal recoil impulse, no evidence of walk-off, and no indication that the host, mount, or can is doing something unexpected. Your suppressor's performance will vary depending on which muzzle device you are running.
Thermal Cycling
The 7SIX2-H is rated for 80 rounds of 7.62x51 in 30 seconds. Between strings at that pace, let the suppressor cool to 140°F before firing the next string. This is a thermal management guideline, not a suggestion that the can is fragile. It exists so the system performs consistently across repeated full-auto use rather than being pushed into a use case it was not built for.
Stop and Inspect
Use caution when shooting a newly assembled suppressor for the first time to confirm the mounting system was installed correctly and that the caliber being fired is under the caliber rating engraved on the suppressor. IDG is not liable for improper use of third-party mounting systems that result in damage to the suppressor.
